GSTC Certification

The Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) is an international body that sets the global standards for sustainable tourism.

Its criteria provide guidelines on environmental protection, social responsibility, respect for local culture, and responsible economic management.

Achieving GSTC certification represents, for us, a clear and objective recognition of the sustainability journey we have been building over the years. It also confirms our ongoing commitment to promoting a responsible tourism model aligned with international standards.

Quality and environmental policy

Spending a holiday in our resorts means connecting with the surrounding environment: discovering new places, having fun, learning about the region, its people, and traditions. However, it also involves producing waste and consuming water, energy, and natural resources. To protect this environment for ourselves and future generations, we commit to respecting the 17 Sustainable Development Goals for 2030, adopted by nearly 200 countries in the UN Assembly, and involving our guests in this mission.

Our company ensures information security by implementing an Information Security Management System (IMS) that identifies, manages, and mitigates risks related to sensitive data protection, safeguarding information against unauthorized access and breaches. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, developing business continuity plans, and ongoing employee training are key to maintaining a secure and reliable environment for all customers and stakeholders.

We value diversity of thought and perspectives as essential to a strong organization. We are committed to creating a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace, with gender equality as a pillar of our success. We implement HR policies promoting equity, monitor their impact, ensure unbiased recruitment and promotion processes, and support work-life balance. Our communication is inclusive, and we provide anonymous channels for reporting abuse, contributing to a sustainable and inclusive future.

We are therefore committed to:

  • Increasing the quality and quantity of services to customers, respecting the environment, safety, and the Law;
  • Making more efficient use and reducing the consumption of water, energy, and resources, and minimizing waste;
  • Preventing and reducing workplace injuries and occupational diseases, respecting the people who work with us;
  • Reducing the use of hazardous substances for our environment and safety;
  • Researching innovative products and technologies that allow us to continuously improve efficiency and reduce risks in process management and service delivery;
