Quotation and Bookings

The easiest and best way to get a quotation is with our BOOKING ON LINE: search your preferred period and the system will show you all the available accommodations, the total amount and the services included.
Choose the best solution for you and make your booking at the best price with the guarantee of a secure and confidential payment with credit card.

Otherwise, at the bottom of this page you can use the contact form for the non-binding request, fill it in with all the necessary data and we will reply as soon as possible. 
You can also request the indicative price of an accommodation or pitch by telephone by calling +39 (0)431 442611, our staff is always available to indicate the best solution for your holiday.

Important: quotations are non-binding offers: any reservation is made yet. Accommodations remain on free sale until we receive a definitive request of booking from you. We don’t do “reservations in option”.

The booking has an expiry date, to confirm the reservation we will need a down payment that consists of 50% of the total amount.

If you want to change the reservation (arrival and departure dates or type of accommodation) you can contact us by e-mail or at the phone and we will proceed with the change.
Changes are always subject to availability, to current rates and to cancellation conditions as described in the reservation letter.

Cancellation of the reservation will be accepted only in writing (preferably by e-mail, alternatively fax or mail). We always recommend that you read the cancellation policy page before proceeding.

The down deposit required to confirm the reservation (art. 1385cc) corresponds to 50% of the total amount, both for accommodations and for camping pitches. For each reservation of a camping pitch a charge of € 30.00 as booking fees is required.

In the e-mail that you will receive immediately after booking, you will find the instructions for the payment of the deposit.
The reservation will only be confirmed after we have recorded the payment. Keep in mind that bank transfers generally take three business days while credit card payments are confirmed in real time.

DOWN PAYMENTS can be done using one of these methods:

Bank transfer: you will find our bank details on the reservation letter that you’ll receive as soon as you have processed it. Transaction fees charged by bank must be paid by you and should not be deducted from the requested amount. It is very important to specify the reservation number in the “Reason for payment” field.

Credit card (if you prefer to use your credit card we can send you a personalized and secure link to make the transaction).

BALANCE PAYMENTS

We will ask you to pay the balance of your stay upon arrival, after the check-in. Deposits on the balance by bank transfer are only possible if made at least 4 working days before arrival in the resort.

Italian law (DL 201/2011) starting from 1st January 2022 allows payments with cash only for amounts lower than € 1.999,99 for each reservation. For higher amounts you can use electronic payment systems, credit cards allowed are Maestro, Mastercard, Cartasi, Eurocard, Visa. Checks are NOT accepted.

You can add, change or remove optional services up to 7 days before your planned arrival. This can help us to better organize services and make your holidays more comfortable. For example, you can ask for full board, add the Formula Vacanza Serena package, reserve your personal sun umbrella at the swimming pool and many other things. How to do it? You can call us at the phone or write us an email, we will need your reservation number.

Make your reservation without worries: Allianz – Global Assistance will take care of your vacation.
From an unexpected event during the trip to the little one with the fever or a sudden commitment to work…. it can happen. Having travel insurance in these cases is a great relief.
Here are the advantages:

  • refund of the deposit in case of cancellation before departure;
  • you can book in advance in complete peace of mind (and if you book in advance you also save on your stay!);
  • refund for late arrival or interruption of stay.

Before departure / Useful information

A few days before arrival in the resort, you will receive an email to pre-register your personal data and scan the identity documents of those traveling with you. Web check-in is a preparatory procedure, which will help us reduce waiting times when you arrive at reception for final registration. The ID documents will still be brought to the check in for the definitive control of the data.

If you can’t do the web check in, no problem: our reception staff will do it upon your arrival. 

The damage deposit is required for all types of accommodation (except for camping pitches). During the check-in you will be asked for a valid CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard) with sufficient credit for the pre-authorization of € 100,00 for each reservation.
The amount is placed on hold and it will be removed from your available balance at the check-out, after the keys are returned to the reception.
The pre-authorization expires automatically according to the card circuit after 20/30 days. This operation does not generate any type of bank movement on your account because it is not reconized as a charge.
Are you already at home but the amount is not yet unlocked? The timing of the release of the pre-authorization depends on the circuit that have issued your card, we suggest to contact the bank and ask for the release.

We kindly ask our guests to report immediately any broken or damaged articles founded in accommodation, we will accept notifications up to 12 hours after arrival.

The RECEPTION of the resort is open from 8:00 am to 23:00.

The gates of the camping open at 7:00 and close at 23:00.
Quiet hours, during which access to vehicles with a running engine is not allowed, shall be from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 23:00 to 7:00 am.

ACCESS TO VILLAS – MOBILE HOMES – APARTMENTS

The keys to the accommodation will be given to you from 16:30 but the services of the resort are available from the morning: from 10 am you will have parking for your car and entrance to the water park. Come to the reception to check-in and we will give you coupons for the services that are included in your reservation (such as the beach umbrella rather than the pool loungers) and you can already enjoy your first day of vacation.

ACCESS TO CAMPING PITCHES

Pitches are available from 11:00 am.

Useful to know: the parking places inside the resort are uncovered and some are at the shade of pines. To prevent the resin or the sun from damaging your car, we suggest you to cover it with a protective screen.

As soon as you arrive you can refer to the main reception to make the check-in. We will ask you:

Identity cards or passports of ALL guests (also if you have made the check-in online: a fast control is needed);

– The confirmation letter with the booking number (you can show the letter from your smartphone);

– The car plate number of the vehicle that will park inside the resort;

– a valid CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard) with sufficient credit for the pre-authorization of € 100,00 for each reservation. The amount is placed on hold and it will be removed from your available balance at the check-out, after the keys are returned to the Reception

In case of evening/night arrival, is possible to get the keys to your accommodation at the Concierge, open 24h / 24h.

You will be asked:

  • identity documents or passports of ALL guests
  • confirmation letter with the booking number (you can also show the letter from your smartphone)
  • the car plate number
  • damage deposit of € 100,00 (with credit card, in pre-authorization).

The day after, we ask you to come at the Reception to finish the check-in.

Also, kindly note that entrance with vehicles to camping/mobilehomes area (the closest to the beach) is allowed till 23:00 o’ clock. If you plan to arrive later as the closing time, you will be able to park your car inside the resort in the parking lot (service upon availability). Campers and trailers/roulottes can park during the night in the camping pitch type B, if available. The area with villas has no entrance limitations.
If you arrive earlier than expected by your reservation, a supplement for parking will be charged. 

The accommodation and the car park must be left by 10.00 am.

The pitches must be vacated by 11:00.

If the return of accommodation and pitches takes place after this time, the relative daily rate will be charged.

All Guests are required to do the check-out at the Reception.

If you are planning to leave early in the morning or during the night, i.e. between 20:00 and 07:00 am, we kindly ask you to inform our reception staff the day before.
The staff will prepare the night departure and will provide you with the necessary information. 
It is possible to leave at any time of the night but it is necessary to keep in mind that if your vehicle is parked inside the campsite area (where the mobile homes are), you will need to park your car outside the gates before 23:00. The gates will be closed from 23:00 to 7:00. For the area of the villas there is no time limitation.

The payment desk is not open during the night, so it is important that the balance of the stay is already paid.
The damage deposit will be returned to you at the same time as the keys are returned.

The resort offers you a variety of services that will make your holiday a truly unique experience. You will find a bazar and a well-stocked supermarket, two restaurants and four cafeterias/snack bar, a coin laundry, a theatre for the evening entertainment, playgrounds and mini club for kids. Guests have always free entrance to public beach and to pools (at the pools you can rent sun umbrellas and sun beds).

The openings and closings of the services inside the resort are scheduled with a differentiated calendar.

Is the water park open?
The water park will be operative. We will evaluate which tanks will be warmed at a pleasant temperature for bathing (from 20° to 28° C) and which tanks to maintain full of water but not heated. The decision depends on the turnout of guests in the resort and the weather forecast.

It is possible to enter the resort even if you do not overnight, for example to enjoy the water park.
Here you can find the rates for daily admission and the rental of sun umbrellas and sunbeds. Daily visitors have access to the swimming pools, use of the campsite bathrooms with hot showers, can participate in the entertainment program and can stay in the resort to attend the evening show until 23.00. 
Car parking is not included, we recommend you leave your car outside the resort and walk in. For access you can refer the campsite concierge, we will ask you to deposit an identity document. Admissions are subject to availability based on the maximum capacity of the water park.

Are you already in Resort? You can consult the program on the TV channel n. 500 inside your accommodation and in all the public spaces TV inside the Resort. The bulletin boards with the program are available at the Private Beach, Restrooms n. 1, Mini-Club/Laundry, Tennis pitch.  

Why don’t we print the program? It is a green choice, a small contribution to help nature. If you consult the program in digital version you also contribute to save the planet, think that to produce a simple sheet of paper you need 13 liters of water and that in a season we should print more than to 10.000 sheets.

We care about families’ needs, that’s why we thought of some special services that will make staying in the resort more enjoyable for both them and you.

A simple QR Code on your smartphone, to pay in an easy way at the restaurants and all the bars of the resort.

How to activate?
Register on the website e-commerce.vti.it with the same email you used to make the reservation and activate the QR Code from the menu “Card and Voucher”.

How to charge it?
You can charge the card whenever you want at the Reception or by entering your credit card directly on the website. Enjoy the holidays without having to think about carrying cash with you. The card is free, the remaining credit is not refundable, the Bazaar and the Supermarket are excluded from the service.

Is a member of your family celiac or intolerant to any food? Or did you just choose to be vegan or vegetarian?
It’s all right. Just let the restaurant staff know. Our chefs have designed dishes with quality ingredients and attention to contamination and delicious proposals even for those with special needs. Be healthy and feel free to taste your meal!

We will ask you to make the balance of your stay at the end of check-in or at the latest within 24 hours of arrival.
The opening hours of the payment desk are as follows:
8:30 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 19:00 (aprox. timetable, please refer to the reception for more info).

We inform our guests that starting from the 1st of January 2022, for each individual reservation, the Italian Law allows payments with cash for amounts below € 1.999,95.
If the transaction involves payments for amounts higher than € 1.999.95, it is necessary to use e-payment systems such as: Maestro credit card, MasterCard, CartaSì, Eurocard, Visa, American Express, debit card, bank transfer. We do not accept bank checks.

IMPORTANT: For any reason a member of your family leaves earlier or does not stay for a few nights in the resort, the Guest himself must do the check-out at the Reception. Vehicles leaving the resort must be reported too. If the departure is made or communicated by a third person after the rates expiration time (11:00 am for camping and 10:00 am for accommodations), the daily rate for the person will be charged.
During the check-out, the departing Guest will be invited to pay the fee per person per night and the tourist tax for the stay enjoyed up to that time. Any time the Guest returns at the resort to stay for the night is subjected to a new check-in. Early departures of the whole group/family is subjected to the payment of the entire period booked
