Cancellation Policy

DOWN PAYMENTS

The down deposit required to confirm the reservation (art. 1385cc) corresponds to 50% of the total amount, both for accommodations and for camping pitches.

The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival, together with the collection of the keys of the accommodation or the occupation of the pitch.

The reservation is to be considered definitive only after the Villaggio receives the total amount of the down payment within the indicated terms. The Management has the right to reject confirmatory deposits that arrive after the deadline indicated in the reservation letter.

For each reservation of a camping pitch a charge of € 30,00 as booking fees is required.

PAYMENTS

Can be made with:

  • Bank transfer: you will find the information about our bank in the reservation letter. It is very IMPORTANT to specify the reservation number in the “Reason for payment”
  • Credit cards

We inform our guests that starting from the 1st of January 2023, for each individual reservation, the Italian Law allows payments with cash for amounts below € 4.999,95.
If the transaction involves payments for amounts higher than € 4.999,95 it is necessary to use e-payment systems such as: Maestro credit card, MasterCard, CartaSì, Eurocard, Visa, American Express, debit card, bank transfer. We do not accept bank checks.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The damage deposit is required for all types of accommodation (except for camping pitches). During the check-in you will be asked for a valid CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard) with sufficient credit for the pre-authorization of € 100,00 for each reservation.
The amount remains blocked in pre-authorisation on the card, as a guarantee against any damage caused to the accommodation, and is released following the return of the keys, which must take place at Reception. The pre-authorisation automatically expires according to the card’s circuit after 20/30 days from the transaction, resulting in the release of the amount on the card’s ceiling.
We kindly ask our guests to report immediately any broken or damaged articles founded in accommodation, we will accept notifications up to 12 hours after arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted in writing (by email, fax or any other form of communication that ensures receipt).
Please specify in your communication:

  • your reservation number
  • NAME and SURNAME of the bank account holder (is mandatory)
  • IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number of an account for the bank transfer.

The transferred down payment that serves as a confirmation will be refunded if the cancellation is communicated to Villaggio Turistico Internazionale up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to your planned arrival.

A fee of € 30,00 for each reservation will be charged for cancellation costs.

Reservations made directly by the Guest through our online booking will not be subject to the cancellation penalty. In case of discrepancy between this cancellation policy and what is reported in the confirmation letter, we inform you that the cancellation deadline indicated in the last confirmation letter received prevails.

If the cancellation of the reservation is sent with written communication within 13 (thirteen) days prior to the arrival date indicated in the reservation, you will not be entitled to any refund and we will keep the full deposit paid, as a penalty. In case of no-show without receiving any request for cancellation, in addition to withholding the down deposit paid as a penalty, we reserve the right to charge the total amount of the booked stay. In case of no arrival or no communicated late arrival before 10 am the day after the expected arrival day, the total down payment will be withheld and the booking will be considered cancelled. No refund is made for early departures or late arrivals, for any reason. The Rules and Regulations are displayed at the entrance of Villaggio Turistico Internazionale. Entering the Resort implies full acceptance of the rules.
