A weekend of fire, grilling and flavour
On 3 and 4 October, Bibione is getting ready for a weekend full of flavour with Bibione On Fire, the event bringing the passion for grilling, great food and entertainment to Piazzale Zenith.
The star of the weekend will be Fabrizio Nonis, “El Bekér”, gastronomist, journalist and TV personality, who will take visitors on a journey into the world of grilling through cooking lessons, tips and live demonstrations. Together with grill masters and industry guests, he will share cooking techniques, pairing ideas and culinary curiosities, ranging from meat and fish to vegetables, fruit and finger food.
There will also be free tastings, available in limited quantities, giving visitors the chance to sample some of the delicious specialities featured throughout the event.
Adding to the lively atmosphere will be food trucks and local food operators, offering plenty of tasty options to enjoy throughout the day. And to round off the weekend with music, get ready for the DJ set by Rumatera.
