Accommodation »
Your accommodation and reserved parking space must be vacated not later than 10 am on the day of departure.

Immediately after leaving your accommodation empty and close, you can go to the Payment desk at the Reception to return your accommodation keys, identification bracelets, chips and collect your damage deposit.

Camping Pitch »
The pitch must be vacated no later than 11 am on the day of departure. On leaving the campsite, simply notify the staff at the gate entrance. We will ask you to show the payment invoice and return your bracelets.

For any night-time departures (or in any case out of the payment desk hours) you must inform the Reception in advance, the day before, the staff will explain how to do it.

It is also possible to stay in the resort on the departure day: by parking your vehicle outside the resort (public parkings are available for a fee in the vicinity of the thermal baths and in the direction of Bibione Pineda) you can easily walk in and enjoy the last day of your holiday.
It is important in this case to inform the Reception staff at check-out, we will ask you to return all chips and we will give you temporary bracelets in exchange, bracelets without chips must be kept on.
Entrance to the water park and beach is free of charge. You can rent an umbrella for the day at the beach and pool info points.

The reception is always open and the staff is always available to assist you.

For bookings for the next season, information on excursions, rentals and all secretarial work, you can visit reception from 08:00 to 23:00.
During the night off hours, you will find the night porter service for any emergencies.

We kindly invite you to pay the balance of your stay on the arrival day. The payment desk is at the Reception and it is open every day from 8:30 to 13:00 and 14:00-19:00. In order to reduce the time spent waiting in queue at the check-out, we suggest you avoid paying on the final days of your stay.

Payments can be made in cash, cards or debit cards.
We would like to remind you that as of 1 January 2023, Italian law allows cash payments only for amounts of less than € 4,999.95. If the transaction involves payments over € 4,999.95, electronic payment systems must be used. Our cash desks are enabled for contactless payments with ATMs, with Apple Pay/NFC and with Maestro, MasterCard, CartaSì, Eurocard and Visa credit cards. We do not accept cheques.

If a guest is leaving earlier than the rest of the family or doesn’t stay overnight, it is important to inform the Reception of the departure. Vehicles leaving the resort must be reported as well.

If the departure happens or is communicated later than 10:00 am for the accommodation or 11:00 am for the camping, the daily rates and the tourist tax will be charged for the entire period.

The Ristorante al Villaggio adheres to the ” Alimentazione Fuori Casa ” (Out-of-Home Nutrition) project of the AIC – Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Italian Coeliac Disease Association). Our chefs are trained to prepare dishes with attention to contamination.
If you have chosen the Restaurant al Villaggio and you have the buffet formula, we suggest you notify the dining room staff on your arrival: we will prepare your meal expressly for you.

If, on the other hand, you have chosen the Restaurant al Mare, many of the dishes on the menu are designed to be naturally gluten-free, and in the à la carte menu you will find gluten-free dishes marked with a red sticker.

Both restaurants offer alternatives in case of food intolerances or allergies, always ask the wait staff, we are at your disposal.

The restaurant offering buffet board service is the Restaurant al Mare.

You can go directly to the restaurant during the opening hours to order, pay and take away your meal. Or you can do it from the comfort of your smartphone using our e-commerce.vti.it.

Delivery:
For delivery, you can place your order conveniently using our e-commerce.vti.it.

Both services are not compatible with meal plan packages.

The air conditioning system is equipped with advanced sensors installed on doors and windows.

When a door or window is detected to be open, the system temporarily deactivates the machine to avoid unnecessary energy waste.

If you need help setting the temperature or starting up the system, you can call the internal number of reception 4000 on the telephone provided in the accommodation. We will gladly send a maintenace attendant to you.

For your security and peace of mind, we have equipped your accommodation with an electronic safe which you are encouraged to use for your personal valuables. When you arrive, you will find the safe open and instructions for setting your code inside.

If you lose your personal code or if the safe is closed on your arrival, please contact reception and a member of staff will assist you in opening the safe.

Recycling is important for the environment and in the resort we promote separate waste collection. The “Oasi Ecologica” collection points are located in the centre of the villaggio: one in front of the supermarket and one in front of the entrance to the Restaurant al Villaggio.

This is how collection is done in Bibione:

  • Paper, cardboard, tetrapak in the yellow bin
  • Non-recyclable dry waste in the green bin

The “Locked” function can be unlocked by pressing and holding the padlock symbol    for several seconds until the burners indicate 0 0 0 0.

Each housing unit has its own parking space, some are in the proximity of the accommodation and some in the multi-parking areas, but still within the facility. We are progressively implementing green pedestrian zones and decentralising parking spaces in order to reduce pollution and enrich your experience with greater immersion in nature.

If the parking space assigned to your accommodation is in a pedestrian zone, you will still be able to approach your accommodation to load or unload your luggage.

It is important to bear in mind that if you have any special needs, such as mobility problems for a family member or non-standard-sized vehicles, you can refer to the campsite concierge staff. They will be happy to assist you in finding the most suitable solution for your needs.

Camping Pitch

The service boxes of the camping pitches are all equipped with a Sat-TV socket to connect the antenna cable of your TV. It will be useful to know that the television broadcasters have increased the quality of the signal and that in order to use the connection it is necessary to have a TV with a Full HD monitor. For HD Ready TVs and similar, you can buy a special decoder at the Bazaar of the resort.

The operating bathing groups on the campsite at the moment are:

  • Bathroom 1 (next to the Water Park)
  • Bathroom 2 (street 6, near the Restaurant al Mare)
  • Bathroom 4 (street 19) private bathrooms only
  • Bathroom 5 (street 15) private bathrooms only

The villaggio is equipped with:

  • “Job” special chair at the beach

Take care to avoid potentially flammable areas such as wooden verandas in accommodation and dry foliage.

At the campsite porter’s lodge you can rent bicycles, E-Bikes and Golf-cars for your excursions to discover Bibione. You can hire bicycles suitable for children or request child seats.

Rental prices

If the beach service is included in your reservation, at the check-in moment a sun umbrella with two sun loungers have been reserved for you at the establishment or, as an alternative at the “Private Beach”, the beach adjacent to the water park.

The number of your beach umbrella is indicated on the key card holder, together with the mobile phone number of the beach attendant, should you need it.
The reception desk is always at your disposal to make changes or give you support during the complementary hours of the beach staff service.

If the beach service is not indicated among the services included in your reservation, you can rent a beach umbrella with two sunbeds from Reception. Beach umbrella assignment is subject to availability and the supplement will be charged to your reservation.

The public beach
The beach in front of the resort is public and is managed by the Municipal Administration of San Michele al Tagliamento. The use of your own equipment is
allowed on the public beach. We recommend that you carefully read the municipal regulation posted at its entrance. For any additional information our staff is at your disposal at the Reception.

“Respira il mare” project
Bibione is the first sea side destination in Italy with a smoke-free beach. This ban is extended to the entire coast of Bibione, but Guests who do not want to give up their cigarettes can smoke in a special area realized at the entrance of establishment.

How to receive a call from outside
Friends and family can call you in your accommodation. Simply tell them your accommodation number and the following telephone number: +39 0431 442650; a pre-recorded message will invite them to dial your accommodation number and the switchboard will transfer the call directly to your accommodation.

How to make a national or foreign call from your accommodation
You can use the telephone provided in your accommodation unit, simply dial zero on the keypad before the number you wish to call. There is a charge for this service, which will be charged directly to your reservation.

These are the main pet-friendly services you will find in the resort:

  • Dog Beach
    If your friend can stand the sun and you want him or her to keep you company while you sunbathe, you can request the assignment of a sun umbrella at the Dog Beach (in the Private Beach, the sunbathing area next to the water park).
    Depending on availability, you will be able to choose whether to have an umbrella fenced in individually or in the common area. How? Come to reception. You can change your sunshade even if you have already checked in.
  • Toilet area
    At campsite toilet group no. 4 you will find a washroom for washing your dog or freshening up.
  • Dog trainer
    Obedience, agility dog, tips on how to deal with other dogs and much more. Find the programme on the Bibo App or on the villaggio notice boards.
  • Hygiene bags
    Available to our guests at the campsite concierge.
  • Wide green area to walk and run in freedom in the northern area of the Villaggio.

 

You can also bring your four-legged friend to the restaurant, simply notify the restaurant staff of his presence and the personell will find the best  accommodation for you in our spacious covered verandas.

IMPORTANT:
Access to the Dog Beach is on the road no. 1 of the campsite.
For hygiene reasons, we will ask you to keep your friend inside the Dog Beach and not to circulate in the water park pool area.
There is a city ordinance on the entire coastline of Bibione prohibiting dogs on the beach. Walking on the seafront promenade is possible, however.

It is only possible to book an early/night departure for the whole family during payment desk opening hours 08:00-13:00 and 14:00-19:00.

In our constant search for a balance between modernity and environmental awareness, we successfully experimented and tested the charging stations during the past season. Today, with great enthusiasm, we can say that we are ready to offer a convenient and sustainable electric charging solution to all those who choose zero-emission vehicles.

Our new charging stations for your electric car are designed to make your journey more convenient and sustainable, and you will find them at various locations inside the resort:

  • 4 charging stations at the parking area next to the Supermarket
  • 4 charging stations at the parking area villas side/Restaurant Al Villaggio 

 

Recharging is easy: all you have to do is park your vehicle and go to reception to give the number of the charging station. We will give you a card to activate the station, then all you have to do is wait for the end of the charging cycle and go to reception for payment.

The rate for recharging is € 0.60 per Kw.

An identity document is required, to be left at reception for the charging time.
 
The introduction of these electric charging stations is just one of the many steps we are taking to make our village a model of sustainability.

At Villaggio Turistico Internazionale everything is programmed to let you experience an unforgettable holiday. Spending a holiday in Bibione could be a special occasion to visit its surroundings. The strategic position of Bibione allows you to reach easily the most

A virtual prepaid card available on your smartphone, to simplify the management of money on holiday. You can recharge your card whenever you want at the Reception or directly from your smartphone and enjoy your stay without having to think about bringing cash with you. The card has no activation costs and it is valid at the restaurants and bars of the resort, it is not valid at the supermarket and at the bazaar. The remaining amount is non-refundable.

Using the card is easy:

  1. Request activation at the Reception
  2. Register on our website e-commerce.vti.it with the same e-mail address you used to make the reservation
  3. Charge the money in the card using your credit card from the section My Account – Loyalty Card and Voucher
  4. Enjoy your meal and at the time of payment show the cashier the QR Code
    in your smartphone, the bill will be charged from the prepaid amount.

The self-service laundry is located at the entrance to the northern area of the resort, next to the Mini Club. It is equipped with several front-loading washing machines and dryers. The maximum load is about 7 kg, and soap and fabric softener are handled automatically by the machines.

The toilet blocks on the campsite are also equipped with washing machines and dryers. The machines work exclusively with tokens, which can be purchased for € 5.00 at the reception desk.

During the summer, the local city market of Bibione takes place on Tuesday  morning from 07:00 to 13:00. You can reach Piazza Mercato by foot, taking the public bus transport or taking our Electric Train. The ride with the VTI Train is free, you only need to show your VTI-bracelet. The train makes a continuous cycle from 8:00 till 13:00 and comes back to the Resort every 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. During the low season, the market takes place in Piazza Keplero.

We are in a wetland and this is normal for us, but they are still annoying, we know that. To prevent the phenomenon of mosquitoes, we perform periodic larvicidal treatments in the manholes and the drains.

We kindly remind to avoid stagnant water because the larvae need water to hatch. During the moments in which the mosquitoes are particularly numerous, we perform aerial disinfestations in the afternoon with natural products. In the Reception you can request the technical documents of the used products.

Our staff is trained to cause as little disturdisturbance as possible and to avoid you coming in direct contact with the product. On the day of treatment we will notify you via loudspeaker announcement. We suggest you to pay extra attention to the announcements and to place your drying laundry inside.

If you need, at the supermarket you can buy items to keep mosquitoes away from your veranda and repellent products.

The gates of the camping area & mobile homes are open from 7:00 to 23:00.
The beach gate opens at 6:00 and closes at 23:00.
In the afternoon we have a silence break, from 13:00 to 15:00.
During such moments, vehicles cannot circulate but you can always move by foot or bike.

We kindly remind that you should always avoid activities that can disturb other Guests. During the Silence Times it is important to keep the level of quietness as high as possible.

As early as 28 March, the opening day of the 2024 season, you will find the water park open. We will decide, depending on the number of guests in the resort and the weather conditions, which ones we will keep at a pleasant temperature for bathing (generally 20 to 28 degrees) and which ones we will keep filled but not heated.

At the entrance of the resort you will find our well-stocked supermarket. Fresh bread, deli counter with a wide choice of ready to taste specialties and typical Italian and foreign products, food for intolerant and celiac people. The Bazaar offers games for the beach, clothing, footwear, camping and household items, as well as tobacco, newspapers and magazines.

The Electric Train is a special service for our guests.

Every afternoon from 17:00 you can discover the city of Bibione and reach the Luna Park and Piazzale Zenith.
The ride is free, you only need to show the Villaggio bracelet.
The train a continuous cycle and comes back to the resort every 40 minutes.
The last ride leaves the resort at 10.00 pm.

Seats are subject to availabity. Children can only access if at least accompanied by one adult.
In the low season, the timetable and days of travel may change; the reception is at your disposal if you would like to know the current timetable.

If you like to add the sun umbrella for the full-period of your stay, you can make your request at reception at least one day in advance. If it is only for one day, you can apply directly at the info point by the swimming pool.

Parasols and sun loungers are subject to availability and upon payment. If you would like a sun umbrella with 2 sunbeds for the entire period, you can request this at reception at least one day in advance. If it is only for one day you can apply directly at the info point by the swimming pool.

The cost of the single sunbed is € 3 per day. The sunbed can only be hired at the Info Point at the pool and cannot be reserved.
