The apartments are with one bedroom with two single-beds, a big living-room with double-coach-sofa, kitchen with dishwasher, one bathroom with hydro-massage-shower, TV-sat, air-conditioning/heating, safe, telephone and terrace. In addition to the mentioned services there is a daily cleaning of the apartment (excluded kitchen corner) and a half board in our Restaurant "Al Mare" (drinks are included: table water, 1/4 of house wine of a soft drink.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
The prices are expressed in euro, per day, per accommodation and include:
Two Persons , half board, gas, electric lighting, hot and cold water, kitchen pans and equipment, complete furnishings in the apartment for the number of the lodging-beds, parking place for one car, beach-service with one beach-umbrella and two sun beds from 5th row backwards, swimming pool, 10% VAT.
In this Flat can stay up to four adults.
At the arrival is requested a DEPOSIT of € 100,00 which will be returned after the control before the departure. The accommodation should be left in perfect order, fully equipped and completely clean.
